Sales Manager


Job responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the DSO team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers in Automotive Industry

Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with major customers to optimize their advertising expenditures

Manage business relationships to ensure that the clients' needs and requirements are met

Develop and create the new business opportunities with strategic customers

Persistently explore and uncover the business needs of the key clients

Generate business plans to define the selling strategies and tactics

Present business opportunities to top management and support top management decision

Understand and adapt to the company ongoing product and technology developments

Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects.
Job requirements:

BA/BSc degree required, with strong academic performance preferred

Must be fluent in English and Chinese

Strong interpersonal communication skills

1-3 years experience in multinational company, with strong sales experience, preferred in automotive background

5+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media in a specific industry

Strong knowledge of, and established relationships within, a specific region and/or the Auto industry

Strong knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy

A deep understanding of the industry's issues, a vision for its growth and a commitment to advance company forward-looking strategies within the marketplace

Be able to travel frequently
